OMAN

The Sultanate of Oman is a signatory to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property as well as a member of the Berne Convention, the Madrid Protocol and the Patent Cooperation Treaty. Officially joining the World Intellectual Property Organization in 1997, the Sultanate of Oman follows the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks under the Nice Agreement.
